Terms & Conditions
By purchasing from the Wellbeing Galleries website, you agree and accept the Terms and Conditions, details on our Privacy Statement & Refunds and Returns Policy.
In these conditions, the following words and expressions have the following meaning:
- Artist: the person who created the original artwork, has the right to sell the artwork, and is selling the artwork via the Wellbeing Galleries website.
- Purchaser: the person who has made a purchase on the Wellbeing Galleries website through our online payment system.
- Artwork: any piece of work that is offered for sale on or sold via the Wellbeing Galleries website.
All artworks are published with a price determined by the drug service and their client, and that postage is calculated by size and weight of the artwork and the location of the buyer.
The Artist retains all copyright for physical artworks (which includes reproduction rights) even when the physical property is transferred to the Purchaser. If the Purchaser wishes to reproduce the work, this must be separately negotiated with the drug service and artist.
