Shipping & Delivery
We carefully pack every artwork to make sure it arrives safely. Orders are shipped within 10 business days, and you’ll receive an email once your item is on its way.
- Domestic delivery: usually arrives within 15 business days
- International delivery: typically, 30 business days, though customs may cause delays
- Buyers are responsible for any customs/import fees
- If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund
👉 Please note: Original artworks are final sale. Returns are only accepted if an item arrives damaged.
Processing & Handling
- Orders are processed within 10 business days.
- Custom and unusual size artworks may take longer.
Packaging
- All artworks are packaged securely to protect them in transit.
- Paintings are wrapped with protective materials and shipped in sturdy boxes.
- Prints may be shipped flat or in mailing tubes depending on size.

- Shipping is calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and destination.
Damages
- If an artwork arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos of the artwork and packaging. We will arrange a replacement (if possible) or refund.
International Orders
- Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and import fees.
- Delivery times may vary depending on your country’s customs process.
Returns & Exchanges
- Original artworks: final sale.
- Damaged items: exceptions apply (see above).
